Price New Hire Rep Training (NHRT) is a 3-month program combining three in-person training visits and ten virtual curricula on our Price Learning Portal (PLP) completed ahead of the relevant in-person visits.
Rep trainees will cover manufacturing, applications, systems, theory and software (MASTS) topics and meet Price team members to understand the many design and product tools at their disposal. Graduates will not only gain a firm grasp on HVAC fundamentals, Price products, and system knowledge, but will also have the ability to properly select and bid competitively on projects.
Rep trainee success is our top priority and we’ve found that combining engaging learning exercises with group activities is an effective
approach. Besides product demos and presentations, NHRT trainees will participate in a variety of interactive activities including games,
product sample installations and role-playing skits. Each product group will have a specification review component that includes a bidding assignment reviewed by Price. MS Teams video calls are scheduled with trainees to review their progress and provide opportunities to ask questions between in-person visits.
