Ferndale Industrial Precinct is transforming the former Luddenham Quarry into a hub for sustainable industry, agribusiness, logistics, and advanced manufacturing. Stage 1 Advanced Resource Recovery Centre (ARRC) will recycle demolition and construction materials and is already under construction. We are now seeking your feedback on:

- Stages 2 & 3 – Warehousing and agribusiness infrastructure
- Stage 4 – Former quarry infill and rehabilitation
