PCPA Awards 2025 Excellence in General Practice Pharmacy
Submissions are invited from an individual or team for an initiative or project demonstrating positive outcomes for patient care and/or staff wellbeing, and reduction in waste, carbon footprint or broader environmental impact. The impact will be measurable with evidence to show changes have been embedded in future practice.

Nominations are open to all pharmacy professionals currently practising in the UK. We welcome both self-nominations and nominations from colleagues.
Closing date for applications is 5pm, Friday 10th October 2025.
