The Umpqua Valley Arts Association is committed to serving the region through our Arts in Education programs (for youth and adults), our Gallery Exhibits (over 30 a year), our stewardship of our beautiful historic building, and through major events such as our annual Summer Arts Festival. Completing this survey will only take 15-20 minutes. We are committed to using your thoughts and ideas to bring UVAA to a higher level of excellence.  All input will be shared in summarized form and all individual responses will remain anonymous.

Results of this survey will be shared at our Annual Meeting on Monday, October 5 which begins at 5:00 p.m. Please join us then as we will discuss key findings and how they can be integrated into UVAA's strategic goals and action planning.
