Important Deadlines
  • Abstract: Submit by May 31, 2024
  • Oral Presentation: Submit by May 30, 2024
  • Poster Presentation: Submit by June 30, 2024

Submission Requirements
  • Eligibility: Submissions are invited from researchers with new results in areas relevant to the conference. Each attendee may submit one abstract as the presenting author.
  • Registration: The presenting author must register as a delegate and pay the required fees by the registration deadline.
  • Language: All abstracts must be submitted in English, including the title, text, author names, and affiliations.
  • Young Scientist Award: Presenters who are graduate students or postdoctoral fellows at the meeting’s end date may be eligible for this award, subject to availability.

Abstract Format
  • Length: The abstract should not exceed 300 words, excluding the title, authors, affiliations, references (optional), and acknowledgments.
  • Title: Capitalize the first letter of each word in the title (except for prepositions, articles, and conjunctions). Use uppercase only for abbreviations.
  • References: If included, references should be numbered sequentially as they appear in the text and formatted according to the Analytica Chimica Acta journal style. Include references at the end of the abstract under "References."Example References:

Provisional Submissions
If awaiting company approval, submit a placeholder including the title, authors, and a brief description by the deadline. Indicate the expected approval date. Update to the final version once approved.

Notification
Authors will be informed if their abstract is accepted for oral or poster presentation, or if it was not selected.

Responsibility
Ensure all data is correct and complete. Errors in spelling, grammar, or science will appear as submitted.

Alternative Presentation Option
If your abstract is not accepted for an oral presentation, it will be considered for a poster presentation.
