West Bolton SNAP Green Home Program (Year 4)

Thank you for participating in this survey! It is intended for single-family homeowners in the Greater Toronto Hamilton Area that have installed an air-source heat pump and have used it to heat their home for at least one winter. The results will be used to help understand the barriers to deployment and level of homeowner satisfaction with heat pumps. This will inform a broader campaign to promote the deployment of heat pumps in the Greater Toronto Hamilton area. To learn more about the project, please visit the project website.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. It is being conducted by the Sustainable Neighbourhoods Action Program (SNAP) and Sustainable Technologies Evaluation Program (STEP) of the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA). To verify that you have installed a heat pump, we also ask that you please e-mail a picture of the yellow EnerGuide label on your heat pump (or a picture of the nameplate showing the model number and other specification data) to shannon.logan@trca.ca. We value and appreciate your feedback, and thank you for your time.

The first 25 surveys submitted will be eligible to receive a $25 gift card to one the following stores: Winners or Canadian Tire. Should you wish to receive the gift card, you will be required to enter your contact information at the end of the survey and will be asked to email a picture of the EnerGuide label (or nameplate) to shannon.logan@trca.ca as described above. Only one (1) submission per household is permitted. You are encouraged to involve as many members of your household as possible while answering the questions. Terms and Conditions of this offer are available here.
