Application Terms and Conditions
This program application is only open to participants who submit original presentation submissions that they have personally created. Submissions must be in English.
Up to three applicants shall be selected as recipients. It is the sole discretion of the ASRT Foundation to accept or reject any submission. ASRT Foundation’s decisions as to the administration and methodology of the 2025-26 International Speakers Exchange Award (ISEA) and the selection of semi-finalists are final. ASMIRT, UKIO, and CAMRT conference organizers make the final determination of ISEA speakers who best suit their conference program needs, and all their decisions are final.
Entry participants release ASRT and ASRT Foundation and its directors, officers, partners, employees and agents from any and all liability with respect to participation in the 2025-26 International Speakers Exchange Program and participation in, and travel to or from, the 2025-26 International Speakers Exchange Program.

Entry participants release ASRT and ASRT Foundation and its directors, officers, partners, employees and agents from any and all liability with respect to participation in the 2025-26 International Speakers Exchange Program and participation in, and travel to or from, the 2025-26 International Speakers Exchange Program.
Conference organizers may require additional forms completed by selected participants in the 2025-26 International Speakers Exchange Program.
Participation in the 2025-26 International Speakers Exchange Program may constitute income under applicable federal, state and local tax laws and the recipient shall be solely responsible for payment of any and all taxes that may be due with respect to the acceptance of the award.
Being selected to participate in the 2025-26 International Speakers Exchange Program is non-transferable and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other alternative goods or services. If selected to participate, failure to attend the program may result in the participant being billed for costs incurred by ASRT Foundation.
By submitting an entry, participant agrees that he or she understands and will comply with the official rules and consent to ASRT Foundation’s use of the participant’s name, portrait (still and video), picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consent, approval, consideration, compensation, permission or notification.
ASRT Foundation reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the program at its discretion.
Contest is not open to employees of the ASRT, ASRT Foundation, employees’ immediate relatives, ASRT Editorial Review Board members, ASRT Board members or previous winners. The 2025-26 International Speakers Exchange Program is open only to ASRT members in good standing at the time of application and receipt of award. The 2025-26 International Speakers Exchange Program is subject to the laws of the United States of America and is void where prohibited by law.
Selection to participate in the 2025-26 International Speakers Exchange Program includes complimentary economy round trip airfare, complimentary conference registration, and accommodations to attend the conference, as well as a five hundred U.S. dollar stipend. In the event that a recipient lives in the conference area, or elects not to use the airfare component of the prize, the airfare component will be forfeited, and ASRT Foundation will provide no compensation or substitution.
