Women Lead Change is offering this unique opportunity to 6 different speakers on varying topics to have a 20 minute breakout at the 2023 Women Lead Change Conference in Cedar Rapids, Iowa at the DoubleTree on April 4th & 5th. 

There will be a 6 person judges panel and along with an attendee voting option. Judges panel and attendees will vote on your presentation quality, likeness, and presence. The winner will earn a slot at a future Women Lead Change Conference.
