2023 Service Hospitality Membership Survey

All responses are collected anonymously unless additional information is provided by the respondent.  All data is collected in aggregate format and will be used to improve the services provided by Service Hospitality.  As this is the first membership survey in this format, it will be used as a baseline for ongoing membership satisfaction metrics. 

Your information will be collected solely by Service Hospitality and will not be shared with any other organization.
