Introduction
This survey gathers data from ATIXA members on our resources, products, services, and member benefits. Your participation provides important data on how to best deliver training, products, and services to our members and the field. We appreciate and value your feedback.
Survey responses will not contain identifying personal or organizational information. At the end of the survey, there is an option to provide your contact information to be considered for a weekly giveaway. Each week, we will draw a winner for one of the following:
- Free workshop registration
- Free K-12 training and certification course or $500 off a Higher Education course
- 3-month ATIXA membership extension at current level of membership
- On-site conference promotional items

- All members may complete this survey.
