Personal Accountability Statement
Below are three short term goals and two long term goals I am going to continue to work towards. 
Remember goals must be SMART : By making sure the goals you set are aligned with the five SMART criteria (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-Bound), you have an anchor on which to base all of your focus and decision-making.
At the end of the statement I have listed 5 things I am going to introduce immediately to my daily routine based on my learnings over the past 3 weeks.
