Ranking Contract Priorities

In order to achieve the best contract, we need your feedback. Please provide what proposals are the most important to you. Some of these areas are a little more challenging because we do not have copies of all the current policies at Butter to set as a baseline, but we always start from where current standards are. Please remember – negotiations are a give and take! We will use your feedback to help put together a proposal to present to the company, but there is no guarantee that we will get everything we ask for.
