
Kids' Orchestra Financial Assistance Application |
Kids’ Orchestra is a registered 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization which has been providing an enriching after-school music program for 10 years in the Baton Rouge area. The cost to put each child through our site-based program is approximately $1,500. The funding to cover that cost comes from donors, foundations, grants, and tuition. We work hard every day to keep tuition affordable for all families. The amount that we ask each family to pay is based on household income (see chart below).
When you apply, you will need to provide proof of your family income using one (1) of the following documents:
> SNAP benefit verification letter.
> Recent tax return.
> Recent W2.
> SSI benefit verification letter.
> One (1) full month of recent paychecks for all adult members of the household.
> Official income verification letter from your employer.
> Pension documentation.
> Retirement documentation.
