Short-term Accommodations are rentals of properties in the short-term (i.e. less than 28 days).  These properties may be zoned in a residential category but could have a turnover of people every few days to every month.  “Short-term” has not yet been included or defined in our Zoning By-law, so we are looking to the public for feedback on how to address this land use.  Some concerns around Short-term Accommodations are related to noise, lack of respect for the property and change in culture of a neighbourhood.
