Montgomery County Wellness Discount Program
Montgomery County Government is seeking fitness centers and/or programs to partner with us to offer discounts to Montgomery County Government employees and their immediate family members. We invite you to complete the information below if you are interested in this partnership.
To qualify, your program must meet the following guidelines:
1. Specify the discounted price with the specific dollar amount or percentage off regular price.
2. The offer must be available to all health insurance-eligible Montgomery County Government employees. The business may opt to offer the discount to immediate family members of an active employee. A Montgomery County Government identification badge should be accepted as sufficient proof that the individual is a Montgomery County Government employee and eligible for the discount. Immediate family members include: spouse and child under the age of 26.
3. Locations where the discount is applicable must be specified.
4. You must be willing to handle any inquiries related to the discount directly with the employee. The facility contact name, phone number and email address must be included for employee inquiries.
5. Discount proposals must be submitted by email to livewell@montgomerycountymd.gov.

7. Montgomery County Government will assume no cost for the Discount Program nor will subsidized memberships be available at this time.
Montgomery County Government will review all submissions on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to refuse or remove any employee discount from the employee discount program at any time without notice.
