Welcome to the Archdiocese of Chicago Open Enrollment for 2017-2018.
Annual Open Enrollment meetings have been scheduled for the locations and dates below. Please register for one of the meetings and provide your contact information, including an email address.
If you are the benefits and/or payroll administrator for more than one location, please repeat this registration for EACH location for which you are responsible.
NOTE: Each location must designate a BAS Administrator. If you need Administrator access to BAS, please complete the BAS Access form from the HR website, Administrators home page, and send to Julie Reizman (jreizman@archchicago.org). If you received your Administrator login credentials from BAS, but haven't logged in yet, your access has been suspended (temporary passwords are good for 12 hours). Please call BAS customer service at 800.945.5513 to have your credentials resent. BAS Administrators will be able to run BAS Open Enrollment reports, and view employees in BAS.
If you are a new Business Manager, you must have your own credentials for both IOI and BAS. Please complete the BAS Access form on the HR website, Administrators home page, and submit form to Julie Reizman - jreizman@archchicago.org.
