The Australian Government has contracted Fortis Consulting to improve services for elderly Western Australians who are culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) in the Partners in Culturally Appropriate Care Program (PICACWA). As part of that program Fortis Consulting has partnered with the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency (AACQA) to deliver information sessions to areas where there is a high population of CALD community members.
