NRCHL Board of Directors Application

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I thank you for your interest in the role of Director for North Richmond Community Health Limited.

The local community and the people who use the services at North Richmond Community Health are diverse in culture, language, gender identity and life experiences. The Board seeks to reflect the diversity of the community it serves. Each Director is independent and serves on the Board in a voluntary capacity.

Prior to the call for nominations, the Board has looked at the skills and experience of the existing Directors and identified gaps in diversity, professional experience and community representation. A criteria has been identified for the successful  applicant for the current Board vacancy.

I strongly encourage you to nominate yourself or anyone with an interest in making a difference to the health of the community and/or a strong commitment to the North Richmond Community.

The successful director will be required to attend a monthly Board meeting and participate in a minimum of one Board Committee meeting. From time to time you may be invited to CEO forums and Community events which you may attend at your own discretion.
