Digital Forensics in Law Enforcement & Testifying with Confidence
|
Please join us in a two part LEAP Event!
DIGITAL FORENSICS IN LAW ENFORCEMENT
Prosecutions are more successful when pictures, video, audio-tape or computer files provide objective evidence of guilt. Strengthen your cases by joining us for a presentation and discussion on identifying potential sources of digital evidence, the proper techniques to recover, capture and preserve them and the law that governs the admissibility of the evidence in criminal proceedings.
TESTIFYING WITH CONFIDENCE
Defense interviews, traffic cases, felony prosecutions, internal affair investigations, civil lawsuits – so many opportunities for officers to take the hot seat. Increase your confidence while testifying by joining us for a presentation and discussion that goes beyond tips on what to wear by focusing on the mindset, preparation and self-awareness required to be a star witness.
