Use of Membership and Attendee Lists
- TMPAA membership and attendee lists are provided solely to support professional networking and meeting coordination.
- These lists may not be used for mass marketing campaigns, automated outreach, or non-TMPAA-related promotions.
- Sharing, selling, or distributing these lists to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Email Outreach
- Mass or bulk email solicitations are not permitted.
- Communications must be personalized and directed to select, relevant prospects.
- Follow-up emails should be limited to individuals you have met, engaged with, or who have expressed interest in further communication.
Phone Outreach
- Individual phone outreach is limited to one call per prospective member/company in advance of meetings.
- Repeated calls, voicemail messages, or persistent follow-ups are not allowed.
- Calls must originate from the individual who plans to attend the meeting or event.
- The use of call centers, automated dialing systems, or third-party services to schedule meetings is prohibited.
Compliance and Enforcement
The TMPAA team will monitor adherence to these guidelines and has established a reporting process to address potential violations. Repeated or serious breaches will be reviewed by the Advisory Board and may impact membership renewal and continued participation.
