Introduction

Oregon Cascades West Council of Governments (OCWCOG) received a grant to explore how governmental entities can better include older adults and people with disabilities in planning for transportation. This includes long range plans, construction projects, and day to day concerns of how people walk, bike, drive, and use mobility devices through the community. We’re requesting your help to inform the process!

Please answer the following questions to the best of your ability. Your name will not be collected and any personal information will not be identifiable. The results of this study will be published on OCWCOG’s website at: http://www.ocwcog.org/transportation/
