The Minikahda Club - Member Questionnaire

Thank you for participating in this important process that has been developed by Signature Group with True Club Solutions after input from the Club's Board of Governors, and our experience at similar clubs around the country. Your feedback is important to the success of the work underway.

The results and any comments you wish to provide within this questionnaire will only be shared, outside of Signature Group, without the names (all answers are anonymous). All questionnaire responses go exclusively to Signature Group.
