AIPE 2019 Travel Information

INSTRUCTIONS

Once you have been accepted to AIPE, you should make your travel arrangements as early as possible. The following information is important and will be used to assist your entry into Hong Kong.

PLEASE NOTE
You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the dorm. TFAS will cover your housing costs for the duration of the program, with check in on Saturday, July 6th and check-out on Saturday, July 27th. You are responsible for letting us know if you are arriving early or staying late. Students who plan on arriving in Hong Kong before July 6th or remaining after July 27th will have to find their own accommodations as they will not be able to stay in the AIPE accommodations. Students will be responsible for the cost of accommodations for any extended length before or after the Institute dates.
