Introduction

Our annual survey supports Girlguiding Anglia's trustees, lead volunteers, and staff teams in planning for the future and prioritising action. Your previous thoughts and input have led to the creation of an inclusion support team, informed the theme of challenge badges, and led to some incredible region events. All of which supports volunteer members to provide young members with the amazing opportunities that can change lives.

Our current strategic focus involves inclusion and belonging, finances and fundraising, membership sustainability and valuing all our amazing members. We will deliver this in partnership with our membership experience committee, region and county volunteers and our professional staff teams.
