Part 1: Background Information

The Area 12 Agency on Aging (A12AA), the Blue Zones Project, and the A12AA Advisory Council, are conducting a Community Needs Survey to identify the needs of older adults in Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, Mariposa, and Tuolumne Counties.

The target audience for this survey is age 50+, adult caregiver age 18+ caring for person age 60+, relative age 55+ caring for grandchildren and a resident of Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, Mariposa or Tuolumne Counties.
