2019 PPSA Membership Satisfaction and 2020 Conference Survey

In an effort to continue to bring our members the best information possible, PPSA is asking that you take the time to complete this survey. Your PPSA Board is trying to determine if whether to host an additional post-conference workshop in 2020. Your feedback will help us determine if enough interest exists for the workshop to be viable.

PPSA always strives to be progressive and we are always looking to create value and draw more interest, and as members, you can help us learn where our benefits fall short. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for being an active PPSA member.

By completing the survey and including your email address in question 21 you will be entered into a drawing for a $50 gift card.

The drawing will be held on January 15, 2020, 6 prizes will be awarded (six $50 gift cards available), winners will be notified via email. To be eligible you must complete the survey and include a valid email address on question 21.
