Health Networks of the Department of Health invites you to attend a community consultation forum to provide your feedback on the draft Men’s Health and Wellbeing Policy.

There are 2 forums being held in the metropolitan area.
 
Metropolitan workshop 1

Date: Friday 15 June 2018
 
Time: 9.30am to 12.30pm. Registration from 9.00am.
 
Venue: The Rise, 28 Eighth Ave, Maylands.

Registrations close at 5.00pm, Monday 11 June 2018.

Metropolitan workshop 2

Date: Friday 29 June 2018

Time: 9.30am to 12.30pm. Registration from 9.00am.

Venue: Bendat Parent and Community Centre, 36 Dodd Street, Wembley.

Registrations close at 5.00pm, Monday 25 June 2018.

Registration confirmation will be sent within three business days. Participants will be sent a final program the week prior to the event.
