Part of a Youth Ministry Strategic Planning Process

Your input will help our consultant from Youth Ministry Institute Midwest (YMIM) complete a youth ministry study and provide staffing support for Old Mission United Methodist Church. The church will be hiring a new director of youth ministry in the coming months, and this survey will help gather data for a staffing and leadership plan.

Matt Vaughan is the lead consultant of YMIM and will be leading this process with the congregation, SPRC, and the staff. Matt has led similar processes with 40 churches throughout the Midwest. His experience in youth ministry includes 20 years of service at four churches that range from 150 to 5,000 members.

The survey is confidential. Constructive comments are most appreciated.
