We need four trainers/coaches/developers/OD Professionals...who want to compete for prizes and glory! Each contestant has up to 12 minutes to show us something from his/her professional bag of tricks; it could be a killer icebreaker, a way to engage the audience, a coaching technique, or anything else that will WOW the audience.
Contestants will be judged by the audience (by ballot) on: 1) Originality, 2) Entertainment, 3) Learning Value, and 4) Engagement.
