Spokane Artists & Creatives Fund

Thank you for applying! Please note:
1. This fund is for individual artists only that live in the Spokane, Washington area only, not organizations or nonprofits, or individuals in other areas. Spokane Arts is also exploring every avenue available to secure resources to help support collectives, organizations, and creative businesses, who also need all of our support in this difficult time. We'll post updates on those efforts via Spokane Arts' social media, newsletter, and website. The focus of this fund is to support individual creatives who rely on income from gigs, performances, teaching opportunities, workshops and classes to cover basic expenses like housing, food, and medical care.

2. Our goal is to make disbursements once a week, depending on funds received. If you applied and don't receive assistance, please be patient.

3. If you don't fill out the application fully, your application may be rejected. Be sure to include your email, so we are able to contact you with questions if needed.

4. We want to help as many people as possible, this means that we will likely be unable to provide the full amount of larger requests. We will be capping disbursements at $500 at this time.

5. Receipt of a distribution from this emergency fund *will in no way affect* any individual's eligibility for future SAGA grants. They are completely separate funding sources. The next SAGA application period opens May 1 and closes June 1, with funding distributed on August 1. Get information on, and apply for, SAGA funding on our website: https://spokanearts.org/saga-grants/
