Before completing this event application form, applicants are recommended to read through the Event Sponsorship Application Guidelines. The guidelines answer many of the frequently asked questions from event sponsorship applicants.

Event Funding Application Categories
  • Regular Event Applications: Applying for funds up to $74,999. Events requesting up to $74,999 have TWO application periods based on when the event is scheduled to occur (Fall or Winter/Spring). Please refer to Table 1 below to determine the appropriate application period for your event.
  • Signature Event Applications NOT accepted at this time: Applications for Signature Events (requesting more than $74,999) will next be accepted between Dec. 1, 2025 - Jan. 31, 2026.
