Education:
Minimum Graduation (Preferably Masters Level Degree)
Experience:
Preferably Retired Brigadier of the Armed Force with experience in administrative and related areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day to day company wide administrative operations in areas such as transportation, horticulture, sanitation, medical services, school, messes & clubs, colony administrations, logistics, fleet management, travel facilities management, maintenance & security management.
Assure compliance to safety regulations & admin SOPs
Maintain effective relationship with regulatory bodies & local authorities
Ascertain timely renewals of admin contracts
Spearhead disaster management, emergency evacuation plans.
Ensure compliance to the Industrial relationship policy & implementation
Oversee effective execution of the apprentice program including recruitment, performance management & training and effective negotiation with the workers, union in line with company's objective
Coordinate with EOBI, social security & WPPP, steer the attendance & leave management systems, review annual manpower plans, and contract renewal pertaining to staff cadre.
In order to execute effective IR practices as per labor law, statutory requirements and company guidelines.
Manage CSR initiatives at PFL plant and act as the point of contact for such endeavors
