The Chester County Comprehensive Plan, Landscapes3, was adopted in 2018 and is now at the mid-point of its ten year lifespan. To say that a lot has happened since Landscapes3 was adopted would be an understatement! Chester County Planning Commission would like to understand your perspective on new issues we should be planning for in the next five years as well as the major issues identified when Landscapes3 was adopted in 2018.
