The graphic above presents two distinct mindsets: one which accepts challenges and addresses them head on with resolve to meet a goal and the other which, when challenged, gives up and changes course for a path that seems easier. The problem with the latter is that every path will be marked with challenges. Therefore, the person with this mindset will rarely or never meet a goal because of constantly changing directions towards what they perceive to be easier.
Because you have landed here, you likely have a growth mindset! You understand:
1) Your program area is working towards specific goals,
2) Have recognized a barrier or challenge that may be making it difficult to reach your goals, and
3) Have identified a way to address the challenges.
You have made it to the right place to tell us about your idea and set your program on a path of growth and success. As Richard Branson says, “Every success story is a tale of constant adaption, revision and change.”
Thank you for being an agent for change and success!
