This is a survey about the proposed ballot initiative to change the Charter of the City and County of Denver to elect the Sheriff.
Currently, in the City and County of Denver, the Sheriff is appointed by the Mayor. Of the 64 counties in Colorado, only Broomfield and Denver Counties appoint their sheriffs.
There are pro's and con's on both sides of this issue and we would like to hear from you about your thoughts on the proposal to change the Charter.
