City of Woodstock Transit Route Study

The City of Woodstock is completing a Transit Route Study in collaboration with Dillon Consulting Limited. This project will explore and recommend improvements, adjustments, and changes to the Woodstock Transit network to help meet the needs of current and future residents.

The purpose of this survey is to provide the study team with community feedback on the role of Woodstock Transit, including what is currently working well, what could be improved upon, and what gaps currently exist across the network.

Whether or not you are a transit user, your participation is important. All responses collected will be anonymous and used by the project team to directly inform the project’s recommendations and outcome.

Please note that while an answer is required for all questions, simply choose "Prefer not to answer" if you don't want to provide a response for a particular question. You can also exit the survey at any time. Your responses will remain confidential and will solely be used to inform the transit route study. Non-identifiable summaries of the results will be shared with Council and posted on the Let’s Talk Woodstock webpage.

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Paper copies of the survey are available at Woodstock City Hall and can be returned in-person to either:
  • Woodstock City Hall (500 Dundas Street, Woodstock, ON, N4S 0A7)
  • Engineering and Public Works Office (944 James Street, Woodstock, ON, N4S 0B5).

If you have any questions regarding the survey or require accommodations or assistance in completing the survey, please contact Colleen Collins at ccollins@cityofwoodstock.ca and we will work with you to ensure your participation.

Instructions: Please check in the box next to the most appropriate option for you. You may select multiple answers to questions that are labelled as “select all that apply”.
