In its 22nd year, the Honorable Mentor award shines the spotlight on male leaders who have served as exceptional mentors and/or sponsors for women in the industry. In their roles, these game changers have helped drive innovation, global leadership change, and fostered an inclusive environment in the workplace that is working to bring about greater health equity and outcomes for all women.

HBA’s global network recognizes the Honorable Mentor at our annual May Woman of the Year (WOTY) event in New York City, bringing together influential executives, leaders, and media to celebrate this extraordinary champion on a global stage.
