The Professional Pathways Program, administered by the Houston Methodist Office of Culture & Engagement, is a virtual professional development experience designed to support undergraduate students as they explore and prepare for careers in healthcare administration and related fields. The program focuses on building professional identity, strengthening leadership skills, and expanding networks through guided learning and interactive sessions.
