BCANDS 2019 Gathering - Vendor / Exhibitor Registration Policies

Payment Policy

Full payment of the Vendor / Exhibitor registration fee must be received by BCANDS no later than March 15th, 2019, in order to be registered as a vendor for the 2019 Gathering. Payments can only made by cheque or certified money order, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Please make your payment for you Vendor / Exhibitor Registration to the British Columbia Aboriginal Network on Disability Society and mail your payment to the following address:

Vendor / Exhibitor registration costs only include access to Gathering sessions and activities. Hotel costs, travel to and from the Gathering and all other expenses are the sole responsibility of each Vendor / Exhibitor attending.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full refund for the 2019 Gathering Vendor / Exhibitor registration, less a $50 processing fee, will be honored if received prior to February 15th, 2019.
• No refunds will be issued for registrations after February 15th, 2019.
• No refunds will be issued for Vendor / Exhibitor no-shows.

All registration cancellations must be receive in writing. Email your cancellation notice to finance@bcands.bc.ca

Vendor / Exhibitor Registration Confirmation

A Vendor / Ehibitor registration confirmation e-mail and invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. If you do not received a confirmation e-mail within 7 days, please check your spam folder first, if the e-mail is not there then contact us by telephone: (250) 381 7303 or Toll Free: 1 - 888 - 815 - 5511 or by email to: finance@bcands.bc.ca

During the Gathering BCANDS will be documenting the event. By registering you understand and agree to give the British Columbia Aboriginal Network on Disability Society (BCANDS) permission to use images (including videos and sound recordings) of you at the event which may be included future BCANDS advertising, promotion, marketing and reporting. You understand that your personal information, including images of you, is being collected pursuant to section 26 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 165. You consent to your name provided by you to BCANDS being displayed in connection with the appearance of your Image. You consent to images of you, being stored, accessed or disclosed outside of Canada.

* The Gathering will host a networking event on Thursday March 28, 2019 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on the second floor at the Victoria Conference Centre to provide the Delegates, Vendors / Exhibitors and Sponsors to opportunity meet and mingle. Light finger foods will be served however Gathering attendees are responsible for their own beverage purchases.
