If you are selected, we will contact you over email or phone to schedule a time for you to come to the Livongo Health office in Chicago, IL or Mountain View, CA, for an hour to provide feedback on Livongo's updated glucose meter. If you participate in this user study, Livongo will give you a $50 gift card to thank you for your time.
