Developing a benefits plan especially for BC's farmers and ranchers

As part of BCAC’s mission to grow a strong, sustainable and competitive agriculture sector, we are exploring the need to develop a benefits plan for producers to cover both your family’s needs, and to help you recruit and retain your workers.  
 
Our goal is to build a plan for farmers that is built on the needs of farmers. As such, your direct input is key and will contribute towards building a strong workforce for agriculture.
