O. Reg. 239/02: MINIMUM MAINTENANCE STANDARDS (MMS) FOR MUNICIPAL HIGHWAYS

Background

Good Roads (OGRA) has played an important role in the development of the Minimum Maintenance Standards (MMS) and in subsequent reviews and update. In 2023, Good Roads will lead another five-year review effort, working closely with the province.

The first step in this process is to understand how municipalities use the MMS to identify recommendations for improving existing sections and determine new areas that need addressing. Your assistance in providing some background information and ideas is greatly appreciated and will guide the 3rd 5-Year Review. Thank you for taking the time to respond to this brief survey.

The results will be presented at the Good Roads Conference during the Sunday Technical Session at the Fairmont Royal York on April 16, 2023.
