INSTRUCTIONS
Once you have been accepted to AIPES, you should make your travel arrangements as early as possible. The following information is important and will be used to assist your entry to Prague and for your stay at the AIPES dormitory.
PLEASE NOTE
You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the AIPES dormitory. Please consult our AIPES 2018 student handbook for specific instructions. TFAS will cover your housing costs for the duration of the program, with check in on Saturday, July 7th and check-out on Tuesday, July 31st. You are responsible for letting us know if you are arriving before July 7th or departing after July 31st. You will be able to register at the dormitory but official AIPES registration starts only on the 7th of July 2018. Students who plan on arriving in Prague before July 7th or remaining after July 31st will have to find their own accommodations. You can extend your stay at the AIPES dormitory with the reception or you can find another accomodation. Students will be responsible for the cost of accommodations for any extended length before the 7th of July or after the 31st of July.
