In 2018, the Crane Manufacturers Association of America (CMAA) and MHI plan to launch a one-day event during MODEX 2018 (April 9-12 in Atlanta) on the safe and reliable operation of electric overhead traveling (EOT) cranes. This event will include presentations focused on safe operation practices, inspection and maintenance techniques for electrical, mechanical and structural features of EOT Cranes and Below-the-Hook Devices.
