WA Mental Health Awards 2026 - Nomination Form

The Mentally Healthy Education Award recognises an education institution that encourages positive mental health and wellbeing for students, staff or volunteers. The successful nominee can demonstrate that its programs or activities are ongoing and not just a one-off event.

Submitting a nomination for the Mentally Healthy Education Award

Nominations are open to any education institutions within WA, including early childhood learning centres, kindergartens, primary and high schools, universities, TAFE colleges and registered training organisations (RTOs). Self-nominations are accepted for this category.

Please demonstrate how the organisation supports positive mental wellbeing for students, staff and/or volunteers.
Please provide details of ongoing programs, projects or initiatives that raise mental health awareness, reduce stigma and/or positively influence mental wellbeing.
How does the organisation support students, staff or volunteers who have experienced or are experiencing mental health challenges?

The written response to the above questions should not exceed 2,500 words, excluding supporting documents or images.
