Question Title

Sweetgrass First Nation is starting to develop a 10-Year Plan for how the Nation will spend the funding on Sweetgrass language, culture, heritage, and wellness.

To make sure the 10-Year Plan meets the needs of Sweetgrass members, the Nation is asking for member participation in a community survey. The Nation is collecting information from on- and off-reserve adults (18+ years old) and youth (12-17 years old).
