9.Suggested Changes for Report Master 8

Here is a short list of improvements I'm working on for future versions of Report Master.  Please take a few minutes to complete this survey to tell us which ones you would most like to see in Report Master.  Not all of them will make it into RM8, but this survey will give me a better idea of which ones I need to focus on for RM8.  With your help, we will continue to make the Report Master software easier and faster.

1. The ability to generate a Billing Sheet Report that will include the Patient’s Name, a list of each Date of Service, along with any CPT and ICD Codes entered for each Date of Service.  This Billing Sheet should help eliminate billing errors.
2. The ability to delete more than one AutoCodes at a time.
3. The ability to archive patient records so that only current patients will appear in the "Add or Edit Patient Chart" List.
4. Eliminate the restrictions analyses in the Range of Motion Section of the reports and notes.
5. Automatically include the Patient’s Date of Birth in the headers (at the top of each page) on SOAPs and Narratives.
6. Under the SOAPs Tab, on the Subjective Screen, under the "Has complaint..." column, add a "...not changed" option.
7. A button at the top of the chart screens to add the next Date of Visit SOAP Chart, without having to go back to the Welcome Screen.
8. When Ortho and/or Neuro tests are disabled, they will disappear from the screen, as opposed to simply locking them.
9. Add an "additional comment" text box for every Ortho and Neuro test.
10. Add a Delete button in the Reports Window (Yellow button) in order to delete previously written Narratives and SOAP Notes.
