It's time to tell Trade & Industry Development about your 2024 economic wins!

The coveted Corporate Investment and Community Impact (CiCi) Awards presentation in Trade & Industry Development is just around the corner—and we don’t want you to miss out!
This year, we have streamlined our process, putting our applications entirely online to make it more convenient for you. The deadline for applications to be received in our office is close of business on Wednesday, February 5th, 2025.
We’re looking for news on important new projects (or expansion of existing projects) that have been announced in your state or region during the calendar year of 2024.
TID’s Corporate Investment and Community Impact Awards will be showcased in a special CiCi Awards Issue this spring, in print and in digital format.
Please note, the projects you submit need not be completed or even begun yet. What we are seeking are the announcements of these projects made during the calendar year 2024.
Whether large or small, all projects are important, and we will consider up to 10 of them from each state. Some of the things we’d love to hear about include:
• Significant capital investment projects.
• Projects that will have a transformative impact on your community.
• Projects that will result in an infusion of a large number of jobs, and/or the retention of jobs.
• Projects that, while maybe not generating a huge number of jobs, will produce jobs that will have a profound impact on the area.
As always, Trade & Industry Development understands the roles that economic developers play in serving their communities. Over the years, we’ve seen organizations take off their business recruitment hats and help rebuild from fire, storm and flood. And while we can’t recognize everyone, we do want to acknowledge those whose creativity and results transformed a community.
This issue of TID will be specifically circulated to current corporate real estate executives, site selection consultants and commercial real estate executives.
We are requesting data on a maximum of up to 10 of your state’s top projects announced during 2024. Please use one entry form for each project you are submitting.
