Have you implemented an innovative initiative or program at the community level to improve health outcomes? Conducted research that has the potential to inform community action? The Virginia Oral Health Coalition will highlight up to four new approaches to improving community health at the 2019 Virginia Oral Health Summit on November 7; we want to hear from you!

Chosen panelists will share their work with over 200 Virginia health care stakeholders at this leading event. 

What we’re looking for:

The Virginia Oral Health Summit planning committee is looking for speakers to share their expertise on a panel highlighting community initiatives. Topics can include, but aren’t limited to: increasing access to equitable integrated care; incorporating population health into patient care and engagement; and or, augmenting existing programs to apply a health equity lens.

Conference details:

Panelists will join other Summit speakers, Coalition board members, and key Virginia stakeholders for dinner the evening prior to the Summit and attend the Summit on November 7th at no charge; travel costs will be covered for those living outside of Richmond.

Panelists will have 20 minutes to present their initiatives and should be prepared to answer questions from the audience.

Applications are due by April 1, 2019.
