This survey is for adults (18 years or older) who survived Severe Combined Immunodeficiency (SCID). It captures long‑term outcomes not available in PIDTC registry data, including healthcare access, reproductive health, employment, and ability to sustain long‑term follow‑up. Patients are encouraged to complete the survey themselves if able; however, a caregiver may complete it on their behalf.
